POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a Salesperson for selling exhibition stands for the “Africa International Hair and Beauty Fair” (AIHBF) 2025, keeping in mind the inaugural nature of the event, the premium positioning, and the goal of onboarding 100–120 exhibitors at the Sandton Convention Centre.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sell exhibition stands to targeted hair, beauty, nail, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle brands across Africa and internationally.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in exhibitions, trade shows, media, or advertising.
- Identify and build relationships with potential exhibitors through cold calling, email outreach, social media, industry events, and networking.
- Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking system with all contacts, leads, follow-ups, and deals closed.
- Support clients in the booking process, stand selection, and onboarding requirements.
- Experience selling to SMEs, large corporations, and international brands.
- Provide accurate weekly sales pipeline reports to the leadership team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
