OUR HISTORY
Daza HC was brought to life in 2020 by a couple of driven individuals who have a burning desire to assist clients to reach their business goals by ensuring effective people organisation. The Founder and Managing Director, Zinna Daza, started the business during the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown, when businesses were operating from panic and uncertainty. This prompted her to be visible to businesses and offer turn around strategies on working with the circumstances as opposed to attempting to push against them.
At the core of the business is a genuine heart for people. The soft skills required with which to handle a workforce could make or break any foundation. We exist to make the lives of our business owners better by providing these ancient basics.
